Soulular Sisters, LLC is a carefully curated, co-created community of individuals who identify as women ("sisters"). The value of this community is built on trust, respect and engagement among members. 

To access this community, whether through the free community for all or the paid Premium Sisterhood Membership, the same Agreements apply. Please read this thoroughly and consider thoughtfully if these Agreements align with your current season of life, your deeply held beliefs and opinions, and your vision for your future. If something doesn’t feel “like you” right now, then maybe this isn’t the right time for Soulular Sisters, if ever. Because true sisterhood is so important, we encourage you to find the space that feels best for you, outside of Soulular Sisters.

This is an exclusive community and isn't for everyone. The Premium Sisterhood Membership is limited for fostering trust and true relationships.

* * * * * Agreements * * * * *

As a member of the Soulular Sisters community, I agree with the following statements and pledge to uphold all Agreements (current and future revisions). If I should ever find that the Agreements no longer fit, I will notify the Soulular Sisters Administration Team in writing (with or without explanation) and will remove myself from the group (or an administrator will remove me). If I am currently a paid member, I will cancel my subscription without refund for any payments already made. 

If any of the administrators of the community find that my participation fails to align with the community’s Agreements/standards, then I expect to be notified privately of my removal from the group, and I will not receive a refund for any payments already made.

As a member of this container:

1. I am a biological woman 50 years old or older, or I identify as a woman 50 years old or older, or I am a woman who is not quite 50 but I resonate with this age group and want to be part of the conversation for my own expansion or to assist a loved one who is in this age group.
   

2. I accept and respect all women in this community who fall under #1’s categories.
   

3. I will respect all sisters within this community regardless of culture, creed, color, sexual orientation, country of origin, career, social status, family makeup, financial means, fitness level, health condition or citizenship status in their countries of residence.
   

4. I believe that diversity, equity and inclusion create an environment for innovation, creativity, collaboration and harmony, and I invite such into my conversations within this community.
   

5. I will love, honor and support myself and other members of the community without judgment, reproach, comparison or rescue.
   

6. I acknowledge that each member of this community is whole and capable just as she is. I believe in each woman’s ability to show up for herself, including me as myself. 
   

7. I will take personal responsibility for and ownership of my own feelings, and therefore my own engagement in this community. I will show up in a direct and honest way.
   

8. I understand that the value of this community relies on community members’ engagement and participation and I will be part of the conversation, in my own way. I will not simply be a “bystander.” I will engage on a regular basis so that I can be seen and heard and supported in my personal journey and provide support for other sisters in the community.
   

9. I recognize that unless help/reflection/opinions are specifically requested from a sister within the community, my contribution/feedback to the communications from any other woman will be solely that of engaged listening, allowance of whatever is expressed and supportive acknowledgement.
   

10. I understand that, with all aspects of life including this Soulular Sisters community, I will use discernment for my own well being and will take from the group what resonates with me and will leave behind what doesn’t, without judgment.
    

11. I understand that, even if I do not fully understand or if I disagree with a sister’s comments, I will not bring negativity into the conversation. I will honor and acknowledge that sister’s vulnerability in sharing her personal truth.
    

12. I believe that all women should have autonomy over their own bodies, minds and spirits and should have the opportunity to speak their minds and share their hearts without expectation, filter, judgment or comparison.
    

13. I promise to hold the Soulular Sisters community members with respect, dignity, grace and unconditional acceptance.
    

14. I believe that empathy is a human superpower and is what creates more goodness in the world. I will engage in this community with empathy.
    

15. I value integrity and ethical personal and business practices and will hold myself responsible for engagement with integrity and the highest ethical standards.
    

16. I understand that I can ask for help/support when needed, but I will never ask for financial assistance in any way, shape or form, from any sister within the community.
    

17. I understand that anonymity and confidentiality are standards within this community. I pledge to respect all my sisters within the community and will not share outside the community any comments or discussions that could even remotely be attached as identifying information to anyone. 
    

18. I will never share any names, pictures or any identifying details of sisters within this community unless that sister has made it explicitly clear* that she is okay with her information being shared in conjunction with this community. (*Examples but not all-inclusive: giving written permission via messaging/email/comments, stating clearly during an online video session or the sister posts her own details on social media.)
    

19. If I ever choose to share anything about my personal Soulular Sisters experience, whether in small groups, one-on-one interactions, large groups, social media or other public domains, I will use only my personal testimony and will never share anything that could identify, embarrass, harm, bring attention to or otherwise impact anyone connected with Soulular Sisters.
    

20. I recognize that Soulular Sisters, LLC does not offer therapy or coaching, and it is not a political or religious organization or affiliated with any specific political party or religious organization.
    

21. I recognize that, while this group is not affiliated with any religion, all creeds (or lack thereof) are welcome. I understand that administrators and members may periodically reference a higher power as God, Goddess, Universe, Jehovah, Jesus, Yahweh, Divine Mother, Source, Spirit, Allah, Father, Mother, Divine Consciousness, Creator, Holy Spirit, Great Spirit, and/or other terms that maintain there is something beyond human existence, something greater than the earthly reality that “is.” I will not be offended by any of these references and will take what resonates and leave the rest. I will not engage in religious evangelizing, preaching or conversion tactics within the community.
    

22. I acknowledge that the community exists within the Mighty Networks platform and is governed by the network’s current features and limitations and that upgrades and changes will occur throughout the lifetime of this community. I will create my profile on the Mighty Networks platform and perform any upgrades to my system that may be necessary for me to fully access the network to remain an engaged member. I also acknowledge that Soulular Sisters, LLC has contracted with Mighty Networks for the use of the platform but has no control over the platform features itself or the availability. While Mighty Networks has a reliable track record, there is always a chance that a technical glitch within the platform could arise, resulting in temporary accessibility issues.
    

23. I acknowledge that the 1:1 Soulular Safe Share sessions and various group sessions are conducted through Zoom and that upgrades and changes may be necessary to be prepared at the time the sessions are scheduled. I also acknowledge that Soulular Sisters, LLC has no control over the Zoom platform itself or the availability. While Zoom has a reliable track record, there is always a chance that a technical glitch within the platform could arise, resulting in temporary accessibility issues. Additionally, I understand that general connectivity through my internet provider and/or the administrator’s internet connection could cause a disruption, and that reasonable efforts will be made to correct the situation and/or reschedule sessions as necessary.
    

24. I understand that I can, at any time, change my status within the group, moving from the free community to the paid membership, or from the paid membership back to the free community, but that moving from one version to the next may require administrators to effectuate the change and/or I may need to cancel and resubscribe, possibly resulting in loss of profile data. 
    

25. I understand that this group will be conducted in English and is being administered in the United States but that women from around the world and who speak different languages are welcome and accepted here.
    

26. I understand that if I choose to be part of the Premium Sisterhood Membership, that the 1:1 Soulular Safe Shares benefit of my membership is open on calendar months and not the subscription start/monthly renewal date. I also understand that these sessions are scheduled by me, through Calendly, a minimum of three days prior to my requested date/time and it is my personal responsibility to check availability and schedule my sessions within the monthly time frame. Additional details about these sessions are available through the Soulular Safe Shares Space in the Soulular Sisters network.
    

27. If I ever have a recommendation for or concern about the community or my involvement, I will reach out directly to the Soulular Sisters Administration Team via email or private message through Mighty Networks in a helpful and professional manner and will expect a response within three business days.
    

28. I understand that these Agreements may be updated in the future and I will adhere to the revised and updated Agreements. It is my responsibility to review the Agreements periodically on the www.soulularsisters.com website to confirm that they still align with my personal journey. If they no longer resonate, I will remove myself from the group and if I am a paid member, I will not receive a refund for any payments made prior to my leaving the group.
    

29. Should I wish to invite another woman into the Soulular Sisters container, I will refer her first to the www.soulularsisters.com website and have her review these Agreements before requesting to join the community.
